MOSCOW, Nov 11 (PRIME) -- A new technological partner for a Mercedes plant, which is to be sold to dealer Avtodom, may be found until the end of the year, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said on Friday on the sidelines of a forum.
"There is no final decision yet. However, there are ideas, including in the Moscow Region and on other plants that are interested in these premises. I hope we will find a solution by the end of the year," Manturov said.
Germany’s car concern Mercedes-Benz intends to leave the Russian market and to sell the shares in its subsidiaries, including a production plant in the Moscow Region, to local car dealer Avtodom, the company said at the end of October.
